How to clean oil-based paint on silk

Gently rub the stain with a cue-tip soaked in white spirit.

Then run a clean cloth under cold water and dab the stain with it.

Wash according to care instructions, using a “delicate cycle” with reduced spinning (max 600 rpm). If the stain won’t go, don’t insist and head for a professional cleaner.
