How to clean tomato sauce stain on cotton

Rinse your garment in cold water. Soak the stain with white vinegar diluted in water. Leave on, then rinse.

For white cotton, you may use diluted bleach, dabbed on to the stain, and then rinse. If the stain persists, soak the item for two hours in undiluted white vinegar or warm milk. Wash according to care instructions. Choose a powder detergent for white fabrics.
