How to machine-wash cashmere?

Some brands recommend to machine-wash cashmere, as this process is more regular than by hand. Put your cashmere item in a washing net or in a pillowcase.
A special detergent for wool is recommended for cashmere.
Set your washing machine on the wool program (cold) and do not spin at more than 600 rpm.
Cashmere items are easy to care for and don't need to be washed frequently. Often, airing your cashmere jumper for 24h will be enough to freshen it up – and will save water too!
