How to clean dirty oil / grease stain on angora

Gently remove residues with a round-edge device. Put a small amount of butter or margarine on the stain, and leave for 5 minutes. Remove excess.

For a coloured textile, place the garment on a clean white cloth and dab the stain with another white cloth soaked in soapy water.

For a white textile, place the garment on a clean white cloth and dab the stain with another white cloth soaked in pure white spirit. In both cases, wash according to care instructions using a “wool cycle” with reduced spinning (max 600 rpm).
