How to clean blood stain on lurex

Do not use hot water. For coloured textiles, melt an aspirin tablet in a glass of water, and soak the stain in it for 5 minutes.

Rinse. Then wash according to care instructions. For white textiles, run the blood stain immediately under cold water.
