How to clean blood stain on cotton

Do not use hot water. For coloured textiles, melt an aspirin tablet in a glass of water, and soak the stain in it for 5 minutes. Rinse. Then wash according to care instructions, with a liquid detergent.

For white textiles, immediately run the blood stain under cold water. Then wash according care instructions. Choose a powder detergent.
