How to clean perspiration stain on cot

If the stain is on white cotton, rub with a clean hot sponge. Then dab the stain with a cloth soaked in oxalic acid. Rinse with water. Immediately wash according to care instructions.

Preferably use a powder detergent for white textiles. On coloured cotton, rub with a clean hot sponge. Dab the stain with a cloth soaked in water and ammonia.
