Blot by dabbing the stain with paper towel. Then place the item on a clean white cloth and dab the stain with another white cloth soaked in surgical spirit.

Hand or machine wash according to care instructions, using a “wool cycle” with reduced spinning (max 600 rpm). Preferably use a liquid detergent for delicate textiles.
