How to clean lipstick stain on jeans

Place the item on a clean white cloth. Dab the stain with a white cloth soaked in surgical spirit. Wash according to care instructions. If the stain is dry and deeply embedded, apply just one drop of vegetable glycerine to the stain.

Rub thoroughly to allow the glycerine to penetrate. Leave for about an hour. Wash according to care instructions. For white textiles, choose a powder detergent.
